I called Big Air for an estimate, they came, gave me the estimate, and it was competitive, though it was covering slightly different things that the other estimates I had gotten. I got a few more estimates, and then they called me up to followup after I had the other estimates. They came out a second time to go over the differences in the estimates with me, and I went with them. They came and installed the unit the next week and things went well. They had a whole crew out here to do it, and they did a very good job. I haven't used the heater a lot yet, but I hope to use it more this winter.
