I went to Dr. Bhuchar for the first and last time on Monday, Sept 21. I had a 10 am appointment but was not seen until 1:20 pm. That's over 3 hours of waiting in a waiting room with no magazines, no reading material, and many screaming children (he also has a pediatric practice). His staff were standoffish and unhelpful when I asked when I might be seen. At 11:30 they said, maybe 20-30 minutes. When 12:30 rolled around and I asked what happened, they just shrugged and said ""we're busy.""
The doctor explained that especially on Mondays the waits are terrible. Wtf! If he knows that maybe he should schedule fewer people on Mondays. Or at least tell patients like me (I was there for a vaccine -- not urgent) to consider scheduling a different day to avoid the Monday wait.
