We had an unexpected water heater leak that caused a major mess, and I can’t say enough good things about Better Way Services for helping us through it from start to finish. Their team not only handled the cleanup quickly and professionally but also took care of the entire renovation afterward, and the results were fantastic. Gary, the project manager, was truly outstanding. He kept us updated throughout the entire process, was responsive, thorough, and made sure everything stayed on track. Every vendor he brought in was top-notch, and it was clear that he holds his team to a high standard. Morgan and Tim, from Best Way, were also phenomenal—professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We’re so impressed with their work and customer service that we plan to use Best Way Services again for upcoming renovation projects. Highly recommend! more

Exceptional Business!! 1/29/2025

Better Way Services came highly recommended for a couple different neighbors when we had a water heater leak. The team was here for 3 days, and were very professional, knowledgeable, took extra care of the property and I was given regular updates. I cannot say enough good things and highly recommend them. more

Can not have words to describe Christine and her work partner other I would train them to take on any task to be able to walk on all remediation projects, from start to finish. They were such good workers and very professional and knowledgeable, I answered all the questions they had and left. When I returned the next day, they were all finished and cleaned up in the areas and locked up and gone. But Christine followed up with a call and stated they would return if I found they’d forgotten. But that wasn’t necessary as everything was already locked in the pod. GREAT JOB!!!! more

I was very pleased with the work done by Better Way Service. Great Customer Service. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous and my work was completed in a very timely manner--there just happened to be some open time and mine was a small enough job to fit in that time slot. more
