We have never been to this salon before! My daughter was a client of Bazia African Hair Braiding;she was getting braids for her prom. The hair braider was extremely unprofessional, rude, verbally and physically abusive to my daughter. When my daughter arrived at Bazia she was friendly and cordial to the hair braider; it was not reciprocated by the hair braider. My daughter was trying to have small talk with her and she was extremely RUDE, not friendly at all. My daughter was asking her questions about hair & products being used and the hair braider was RUDE and OBNOXIOUS not wanting to answer my daughters questions. I asked the hair braider what her name was and she stated ""Virginia"" with a snarl...I then said oh, I thought your name was Bazia... she said that her name has nothing to do with the name Bazia...there is no connection. I left the salon to run an errand and texted my daughter to ask ""Virginia"" how much a touch up within a few weeks would be..""Virginia"" did not want to answer the question and said it depends on how much needs to be done. She would not give a price range at all! Shortly after, my daughter texted me and said she was ready to go, that this woman ""Virginia"" was PULLING HER HAIR AND YELLING AT HER. I then spoke to ""Virginia"" and she stated that SHE WAS NOT GOING TO FINISH MY DAUGHTERS' HAIR because my daughter was not cooperating with her. My daughter also said that ""Virginia"" was actually putting her hands on her to turn her body too! ""Virginia"" said that my options were to get a refund or have my daughter come back at a better time. I told her to give my daughter the money back! She hung up the phone on me! My daughter then called me back and said that ""Virginia"" told her to take HER OWN HAIR DOWN BECAUSE THE HAIR WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! I thought I was having a dream! I have never seen such poor, nonprofessional, disrespectful service to a PAYING CLIENT! She left a patch of MY DAUGHTERS hair un-done! I told her that my daughter would NOT take her hair down, it was 11:00 pm, she was being mean, unreasonable and I want my refund! Angry could not fully express my feelings at that moment! Do your research! Hair Braiding Salons do not need to be licensed and think they are above the law! They think they ARE the law! more

The enterprise on Peters Creek Plaza has some of the worst service i have ever experienced. First they told me the wrong price of the car, let me rent it and drive away and then tried to make me pay when i got back. Instead a month later they took the money out of my account unauthorized. i didnt even use a card on the orginal transaction. they stole the money out of my acct. Second the manager PAM showed little respect for me as a coustmer saying racial comments to me then hung up the phone in my ear which was very unproffesional. The District Manager was suppose to call me a month ago and still no call. I think as a people this enterprise does not deserve our bussiness or money. Their disrespectful and just plain nasty their. I will be taking them to small claims court. Please if you feel the way I feel about these major corportations doing what they want to us, then pls stay away from the Enterprise on Peters Creek in Winston Salem NC Pros: No pros Cons: The black guy that made the mistake they had already got rid of him by the time I came back from my trip. more

i took my car to this place on jan.30th ,ispecified to the person who estimated what the paint job would cost exactly what i wanted. i wanted the whole car painted inside the door jams and all.i got a call on feb.20th that my car was ready to be picked up.me and my wife went to pick the car up,the paint job they did was worse than when i dropped it off.they had painted over the rust spotsand had let the clearcoat run down the side of the car.i expressed my unhappiness to them and they agreed to repaint it.well,to say the least the second time was'nt any better .the paint started chipping off and had rough spots on it where they had let dust settle under the paint.when i went to discuss repainting it i was cursed at and thratenedto have the law called .please don't ever take your car here. Pros: there are none,it was very bad service . Cons: they need to pay more attention to customer instructions and detail. more
