Dr. Armstrong and his assistants are great, the prices are great, the front desk is 100% completely incompetent. Dr. Armstrong should fire the old lady that works his front reception. She is such a flighty moron! This is a case of you get what you pay for. I would give it four stars if he can her arse!\r

This older lady has worked there for the past 1 1/2 year or so and every time I deal with her there is a problem. There were four people at the front desk this morning and about six people waiting to be checked in. I sat and talked to others as I waited 30 minutes to be checked in before I stood up and said something. Half of us were just dropping the dogs off for grooming so it should have been a quick in and out. No, this lady took FOREVER. OMG! \r

She took another 10 minutes trying to understand what I wanted done with my dogs. I even took the time to write it down for her so she would get it right this time! Then she tells me my dogs would be ready at 1pm but will call me when they are ready. She confirms my phone number. I get a call from them at 1pm, no message. I assume they are ready and I go to pick them up. When I arrive she tells me that the dogs are not ready and needs more time and that is why she called. I said well why did you not leave me a message? I drove 30 min to get here and now I have to come back? She said because she did not know if that was the correct number or not to reach me. What??? I just confirmed it with her this morning! Not to mention it is the same number I have used for the past three years I have been with them.\r

The prior month I dropped my dogs off for a bath and told them to give them their bordetella shots as well. I paid for everything and off I go. Three weeks later I get a call saying they forgot to give my dogs the shots and to come back for them. Soooo, I bring my dogs in for another bath and the shots. Same thing. I get a call the next day....again they forgot to give them the shot and i had to bring them back in. I have had good experiences with them up until the past six months or so. This lady is sooooo rude! She acted as if I was bothering her and was mean to other people as well. I almost got up and left but my dogs needed to see the doctor.\r

I am a very busy person having two young children and a full time job. I do not have time to waste with this bull. All of this and more, too much to type but you get the idea, has been dealt with this lady. She makes Best Vet look really, really bad. I think I will pay the few extra bucks some where else just to not deal with this horrible customer service. This will be the last time I go here. \r
