Love their price matching 6/20/2005

We take advantage of their price matching all the time. We have a Best Buy Rewards card that is free and we get points for buying at Best Buy. So anytime we see something we want, a video game, camera, whatever, if its on sale somewhere else, we just show them the ad and they knock down the price. Also, if you buy something at BB and it goes on sale within the next two weeks, just take your receipt in (no need to drag in the vacuum or whatever) and they'll refund you the difference between what you paid and the new sale price. The staff and selection are excellent. WE love bestbuy more

Nice electronics selection 6/9/2005

However, that's where it stops. They have nice prices, nice electronics selection. However, you better hope you KNOW what you want before you go in there. They are not helpful, and you will literally have to hunt someone down and wait in line to ask a question. They really need to hire more help, especially around the computer sales area. Great electronics selection 5/15/2005

The Nicholasville Road Best Buy is typically the first place I turn to when in need of electronics or computer equipment. Their selection is unparalleled and while there were staff issues in the past, this has greatly improved in recent years. Now, typically, the staff is available, efficient and quite helpful.
