I'm giving this rating because, my previous car interest rate was 21% 2005 Chevy Trailblazer, after going to Bertera Chevrolet, the finance manager in particular worked very hard and got me a deal on a 2008 Ford Expidition at 8%, I could not believe how great they were in assisting me. It was the best experience by far that I've ever had with any dealership. more

Back in 2005, we purchased my Dodge Intrepid from Bertera in Palmer. About a year ago we started going to the service department with the Intrepid and a small Chevy pickup, and were very impressed with the quality of the work. Early in October we were in an accident and my dodge was totaled. no one was hurt except I had lost my favorite mode of transportation. We looked online for a truck as our needs had changed from chauffering children around back in 05, to hauling motorcycles and wood. We found a couple of trucks at the Palmer location so we made arrangements to take them out for a test drive. The salesperson was great. I have never met a friendlier person. He helped expidite the financing. He explained the Tires for Life protram. He went over all of the repairs that needed to be done on the truck. Matt was 100% forthcoming with all information. It took a few days for the repairs to be complete but it was well worth it. I would absolutely recommend Bertera and Matt to my friends. more

Stopped in to Bertera-Palmer while driving back home to the Berkshires from a stop in Worcester. It was my first visit to a dealership as I begain the search to replace my Bonneville which has just passed 182,000 miles. Didn't inted to buy, just look at several models. Wound up test driving a nice Malibu, then sizing up and Impala. Johnny and Jay were both friendly, informative and cooperative. While I still wasn't ready to go to the next step, my son is a GM mechanic in Southborough MA and encourages me to keep the brand in the family. more

At first I thought they were gong to be like all the others, and show us things that were out of our price range, or that we really didn't want. But once we made it clear that what we wanted was what we wanted, Matt bent over backwards to give us exactly what we wanted at exactly the price we wanted to pay. We got an'08 Tahoe several thousand below KBB value. It's a super clean, 1 owner vehicle more

mike was awesome through out my visit. he was very helpful while helping me fit me in my new car. he went out his way to show and explain things threw, he broke everything down. he did not give up to get me in the vehicle i wanted. i will recommend him to all of friends,cuz he was that great. more

Went to test drive a car, loved it and took it home the same day! The whole staff at Bertera was very friendly and attentive. I actually had my 5-year old daughter with me for the entire time. She was a bit antsy, but Marc was great! He gave us free reign of the TV and the remote control, so she could watch her shows while we conducted business!! She also loved the mints that Marc gave her! I received the car in mint condition that afternoon and I love it! I will definitely have it serviced there as well. more

My experience at Bertera was a positive one. We purchased a new pick-up truck from\r Brian Hall and were very satisfied.He knows his product and it was not a pressure filled sale.We took our time and did not feel rushed.\r I would recommend this dealership. We have purchased cars in the past and it was a tension filled proccess, but not here.In going over the paperwork Brian answered all questions clearly and honestly.Everyone was very helpful. more

A friend of mine referred me to The Bertera Dealership in Palmer, MA. It was easy to find just off the Mass pike. I was truly impressed by how curtious the salespeople were.I was never pressured and was encouraged to take my time viewing inventory that met my particular needs. I traveled to Bertera in MA from CT as the result of an ad I saw online. It was well worth the trip because I had a very good experience at Bertera. I was met by the general manager (sales mgr)who greeted me and we talked briefly before he introduced me to the salesman who would be handling my purchase. My salesman was honest, direct, and not pushy. We had a ""normal"" conversation about life issues and finally got around to purchase a vehicle. I told him exactly what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend, etc. Less than a week later, I bought a 2008 Grand Prix from Bertera on only my 2nd visit, and I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle in the future. more
