Many years ago I bought my Bernina at the Bernina World of Sewing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful even then. I have purchased numerous parts there and they have always been great to work with. I recently moved to Cape Coral Florida and found that there was nothing nearby to compare. I was looking for a specific presser foot and could not find one within 100 miles. So I called back to Raleigh. Not only did they have the part but were able to ship it out right away. When I asked questions about it's use the lady was able to fully answer my questions. They are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. If I need anything else for my machine I will be calling them. A great place to shop, even from a distance.
