Very organized office procedures, personable staff, and timely communication. Berner keeps up with the latest materials giving opporunity to upgrade his clients in the latest trends. He has a lot of experience and answers your questions. He charged me too much for contacts once and he was honest and repaid me. I would've never known. I did feel like I had to wait longer than I should have at times and I didn't feel like he fully listened or understood what I was trying to say. But after a few visits it got better and he didnt seem so impersonal with another set of eyeballs. His staff is wonderful though!
