It has always been a GOOD experience getting service at Berge VW. I have never had a bad experience with any service personnel. They have all gone the extra mile to make it as pleasant as possible. This is also one of the main reasons for our servicing our Rabbit there. more

Warranty 4/23/2013

My service advisor Ken Plymale is terrific. He went to bat for me to ensure my extended warranty would cover the repairs to my 07 Passat Wagon. With only 36,069 miles on it the A/C compressor & components needed to be replaced. He was diligent in his pursuit of the insurance company to uphold the terms of my warranty. His commitment to service is exceptional. more
