So far I have taken my 2011 Sonata in for problems and 4 time they have not fixed them. Not customer oriented.

I know it was just a oil change and top off the fluids. But they were fast, and the waiting room is excellent. Big comfortable chairs and couchs, coffe etc. more

I was given prompt and courteous service, my car was repaired with no problems. I was given a courtesy call to let me know the car was ready. My vehicle was washed prior to picking it up. Kurt went over and above to make sure my experience at Bentley Hyundai was a positive one. It was great working with him!! more

Dealer costs for simple maintenance should compete with other shoppes. It should not take an hour for an oil change - and cost more! more

Bentley does a good job with service. You can schedule the appointment online and they are ready for you when you drive in. I didn't have to wait for a service agent, the work was done quickly, the waiting area is nice, and the whole process is pretty painless. more

Great dealership 8/13/2013

These guys are really customer focused. Attentive, clear, fast, and considerate of their customers. Showroom and waiting area, bathrooms are clean. Refreshments and TV provided while you wait, chairs are comfortable, toys available for little kids. The maintenance reps are not pushy, but they are thorough. Clearly explain what they did and why, and answer questions about cost and schedule. Very friendly staff and accommodating to my schedule. A+ for each of my last 4 visits. more
