An appointment was scheduled for January 11 at 10 am to perform multipoint inspection in our 2012 Accent. Additionally, we recently purchased a 2013 Accent. The car wasn’t properly cleaned at the time of purchased and some plastic wrapping was still inside the car. Our dealer graciously offered to clean the car properly.
After leaving the Accent 2012 at 10 am, I was told that it wouldn’t take more than 45 minutes to perform the inspection, and that I can leave the 2013 for cleaning. Although we had the appointment at 10 am; the Accent 2012 wasn’t ready until 1:00 pm. Nevertheless, I left the 2013 at that time and was told again that it wasn’t going to take very long to clean the car. I went back to the dealer at 4:30 pm (30 min before closing) to pick-up the car, but not cleaning was performed.
This is not acceptable. I really thought that our dealer was more responsible on regard to appointments and performing their duties.
