So far I have taken my 2011 Sonata in for problems and 4 time they have not fixed them. Not customer oriented.

check engine light came on, car missing badly. took to dealership who blamed the person that changed my oil. (Express Oil Change) I broke down 3 days later, took it to express oil who repaired the car by changing spark plugs for $25.00. simple fix that the dealership should have caught but didn't take the time to check!!! more

Bentley is an outstanding dealer in all respects. The service writers are well trained, helpful and full of people skills. Needed work is offered but bill padding is not a practice as with many dealers. Thank you. more

These guys are great Kurt and Ray is very heplful and really give great advice the whole shop for Maintence is Super! I would recommend the repair side without hesitation but on the Sales side watchout they will take advantage of you stear clear of them! more

Work not performed 1/29/2014

An appointment was scheduled for January 11 at 10 am to perform multipoint inspection in our 2012 Accent. Additionally, we recently purchased a 2013 Accent. The car wasn’t properly cleaned at the time of purchased and some plastic wrapping was still inside the car. Our dealer graciously offered to clean the car properly. After leaving the Accent 2012 at 10 am, I was told that it wouldn’t take more than 45 minutes to perform the inspection, and that I can leave the 2013 for cleaning. Although we had the appointment at 10 am; the Accent 2012 wasn’t ready until 1:00 pm. Nevertheless, I left the 2013 at that time and was told again that it wasn’t going to take very long to clean the car. I went back to the dealer at 4:30 pm (30 min before closing) to pick-up the car, but not cleaning was performed. This is not acceptable.
