they did three jobs for us and two had problems. in one, a pipe separated at night and began flooding my basement. in another, they put in the wrong type of well pipe according ...

Experience With Plumbing Repair 3/2/2013

Ed and Matt were so professional, so knowledgeable and fixed my plumbing issue so quickly. I would definitely want them to come back and help with the other issues in my house that need to be repaired. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! And Denise in customer service - wow, was she so incredibly nice also. Oh yes, did I mention they love bulldogs!!! Definitely an instant 5 stars for me on that one! more

on or about 19 February 2013 @ 900 am ET, I had the pleasure of meeting the consummate professionals, ED and MATT; they were on time, courteous and knew what they were doing!! They spent over an hour looking for my leak in the master bath and were able to locate and remedy the problem! I would highly recommend these fine gents to my friends and neighbors any time! thanks for all your help! more

promt service, good people and a fair price. 2/17/2013

Jim and Randy were great. Solved my drain problem and left me an estimate for a permanent repair. They told me exactly were the break in my drain line was how deep the pipe is and an estimate to repair it permanently. All this within hours of my call for help. Great service. Thanks! Randy was outstanding in every way. 2/10/2013

Randy diagnosed my basement burning smell very quickly. He explained everything very carefully to me - what caused the problem and what he was doing to fix the problem. When he was unsure about a question I asked him about my water softener he went out of his way to make a call to their water softener expert to get me the answer. He as polite and efficient in his work. I would highly recommend him! Kristen was also very helpful and patient with me when I called her at 6:00 am explaining the horrible smell coming out of the basement and spreading all over the house. Thanks everyone! more

Ed not only did great work but he was extremely thorough. He was not satisfied that the job was complete until he checked his work and re-checked his work. It was a great experience even during a frustrating time of a leaking pipe behind a wall and you're not sure where or what part of the wall the leak is coming from. Great job Ed!! more

Fast and efficent service!!! 1/23/2013

We woke to find our basement full of water due to our hot water heater cracked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and they had a plumber to our house in a half hour. Ed was Great! Ed helped us contain the leak and then dispose of the old water heater. Ed had a new water heater delivered from their company to our door with in 20 minutes. Ed installed our new water heater very fast and efficiently. Ed was wonderful and very helpful. Ed made a frustrating and stressful situation a whole lot easier to get through. I will definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing if needed again. I'm very grateful. more

Ed came, as scheduled, and did a great job on our plumbing. We've had a few issues recently and everyone from Ben Franklin has been courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. They are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Ed and Ben Franklin overall. more
