We had excellent service from this company, very professional. 4/8/2011

We had a problem with our powder room toilet. Ed Waterfall came out and immediately found the problem. He showed us, step by step, what was wrong with our pipe to the street. We also had to replace a VERY OLD toilet. Ed arranged the 'dig' for us including township permits. They were here, did an excellent job and above all saved our sidewalk from being dug up. Ed wouldn't enter our house to get our check because he dirty. He was respectful our residence and a very nice person in general. I will definitely call your company again for any of my problems. more

Ed did a great job of explaining our options and finished the job quickly 4/8/2011

Ed replaced a faulty valve under our sink and when he went to replace the faucet the was broken he realized the faucet that I purchased wouldn't fit. We were on a tight timeline and Ed explained our options and came back as soon as we received our new faucet and installed it quickly which was helpful since we are haivng our sons first birthday party tomorrow. Thanks Ed! more

Timely, professional service 4/7/2011

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get a quote on a new primary sump pump and a backup pump. Ed Waterfall came to our home to give us a quote. He was very thorough with his explanations, up-front about the pricing options, and helpful with suggestions. We decided to hire BFP, and Ed came back for the installation. Again, he was professional, friendly, and obviously experienced. He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. When he finished, he explained what he had done, showed me how the system works, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire Ed again should we need a plumber. Ed Waterfall repaired a leaky pipe at my residence today, 4/2/2011. Ed was quick to respond after my call and did an excellent job doing the repair. I found Ed to be very professional and conscientious. He also suggested some very good ideas for preventive maintenance. Had a Tankless hot water system and water softner installed Fantastic! Need to replace existing system, the knowledge of the system was extensive and the install process was done with with out any issue. The service was superior! I recommend considering the tankless system next time you need to replace your existing tank. more

Our water heater broke unexpectedly so we were in need of an immediate plumber. Our friends recommended Ben Franklin Plumbing. We called them and were happy we used them. Every person we have worked with at the company has been a pleasure. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, clean, polite, and easy to work with.
