Amazing value, moderate quality apartment 3/16/2006

My husband lived at the Historic Bellerive Apartments while residing in Kansas City. The building is a far cry from modern apartment complexes with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, but the units are absolutely huge. In addition, all utilities are included in the cost of rent. I don't think I'd want to live here if given the choice, but if you're mainly concerned with having enough space over style, then give the Bellerive a call. more

Cheap All Around 2/18/2006

Not the fanciest of apartment buildings, but it does have perks, like included utilities, and low rent. While I lived there, there was a major water disaster which the management took weeks to finally get cleared up. We didn't have any trouble with bugs, and the kitchen was spacious. It's cheap and it's a place to have your bed, but it's nothing amazing. more
