Bella Stella Limousine

We had reserved the Bentley limo for pick up / drop off to and from the airport. The limo picked us up on time and when we got in the limo it was so disgustingly dirty you didn't want to touch anything. The carpet was dirty and hadn't been swept in some time. The headliner was black in spots from dirt. The carpeted upholstery was ripped and torn. This was NOT what we had in mind when booking this limo service! I have never seen a limo in disrepair like this one and still in service! When our flight arrived we were about an hour late due to a delay there was no one there to pick us up so we had to call and was informed that the limo was on another run and they would send one of the jags to get us. Ok we were late due to a delay I can deal with that. The jag that came and got us was straight out of 2002 well over 10 years old. The headliner was falling down and a dowel rod had been placed over it to keep it from hitting your head. The ONE and ONLY good thing about our experience was that our driver was polite and professional. more

They messed up the pickup time!\r \r My daughter was traveling form Indiana State back home to Minnesota for medical reasons. I explained to them that her flight left IND at 5:00p and that I'd like her picked up by 2:00p. In fact, I asked their advice about the pickup time being 2:00p or 2:30p and they recommended 2:15p. \r \r When the travel day came, they didn't show up. When I called, they insisted that I had told them to pick my daughter up at 5:00pm. He insisted that I told him 5:00pm (which I hadn't - especially since I had asked their advice for the pickup time). \r \r To add insult to injury, the refused to refund 100% of the fees and kept 25% as a cancelation fee. Not worth going to court, unfortunately. \r \r I hope the $30 that they stole (as a cancelation fee) is worth the future business lost (as we need some way to get our daughter to/from the airport in IND). \r \r Disorganized and not trustworthy. more

Don't use - took my credit card information and then didn't pick me up or even have me in the system. more

We were treated to the Bentley limo by Bella Stella! It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you Doug for taking such good care of us! Professional, clean, polite, prompt - it doesn't get any better than that! Highly recommend! more
