I was extremely hesitant about trading in my Saturn LS2, and I was uncertain that I'd find either an acceptable replacement or a price that I could afford to pay. As soon as I entered the dealership, Steve approached me and invited me to walk the showroom floor and lot with him in search of a used car that would fit my budget and needs. He was immediately friendly and accommodating, and he listened carefully to my concerns, asked useful questions and provided detailed answers to my questions. I believe he understood my hesitation about trading my old vehicle for a newer one, as he was constantly comparing the features and quality to which I had been accustomed with those of the newer vehicle.\r

Overall, I would rate this buying experience as extremely satisfactory; I was able to switch up to a newer, better vehicle without feeling pressured or hassled in the process of shopping for one of my most important purchases. As if my sales man wasn't helpful enough, the sales manager also came over to explain all of my financing options and warranty choices with the same laid-back, comprehensive approach, and his information was quite helpful in my decision-making process. He answered all of my questions succinctly in a friendly, authentic manner, which made this experience much simpler than I had expected.
