Exceptional service 1/16/2013

Gordon not only does exceptional service, but he treated my mom with kindness and respect. I brought him in as a 2nd quote because the 1st one seemed too high. He beat the price by over 30. He was clean, fast, and sociable. Once you've found him you use him moving forward. more

At the time I called, Gordon couldn't arrange to come to my house, but he gave me a couple of names that I might try. The other two co. were able to come that day to give me estimates.All were top notch. It just so happened that Gordon had an opening and he came by to give me his estimate. I chose him because I felt he went out of his way to help me with my bee problem and explained everything that would happen and what to expect. They were very efficient, thorough and cleaned up the area after they were finished more

Bee Smart Bee Control is terrific! 9/15/2012

I called Gordon and he was here within the hour on a Saturday. Very prompt and professional. Knew that our problem was wasps (not bees as I had thought) and quickly took care of the problem. He even filled in the area where they had formed with insulation so they would not come back there. He made sure they weren't any where else on the property as well. He was friendly, courteous and even gave me a can of wasp spray so I could take care of the problem in the future if it happened again. I highly recommend Bee Smart Bee Control. more

for me there will never be any other bee-man than gordon. a deep soul, he brings worlds of knowledge with him that he is willing and happy to share. the whole experience with him became a nature lesson for me and my son. the actual removal of the bees was done swiftly and thoroughly, the bees have not come back, and gordon was careful to do as little damage to my tree as possible. this man cares about bees! he thought about how he could possibly save the unhappy dying bees from my property by bringing them to a healthy queen bee. most of all, he is just a very kind fun guy that you will love welcoming into your home. look no further. this is the bee-man! more

Amazing 7/24/2012

I noticed more bees than usual in my front yard and called Gordon. He was at my house the next morning, checking out the situation and reassuring me that all was okay. We had an enormous hanging hive a year ago and I was nervous that the bees were back - Gordon reassured me without making me feel silly! His service and professionalism are top notch. more

Excellent service!! 7/8/2012

I had an AMAZING experience with Bee Smart Bee Control. It's summer time and every year I am bound to have a hornet's nest. This year I chose to seek out help with a professional that used green methods as I have my fur babies walking about and didn't want to risk their health. I called on a Saturday morning and had a quick response by Gordon within minutes! He was super friendly and flexible about working with my schedule. Gordon was prompt to our appointment and took his time to look around the house to assess whether I had additional nests. He was not only knowledgeable, helpful and professional but extremely honest! Such a delight to work with and spent time getting to know my shy and fearful dog Charlie, whom he quickly put at ease! I will definitely recommend Bee Smart Bee Control to others and call Gordon again next summer! Very happy with my experience =) more

Top-Notch Service 6/27/2012

This guy is ON IT! He called me back within an hour, agreed to come over and give a free estimate, and then emailed and texted a confirmation of the appointment for my records. He showed up on time (a bit early, even), identified the problem (turns out I had wasps, not bees!), and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. I wish every contractor could be as efficient and professional as these guys. Thanks, mate, for your great work! more

Was recommended Gordon by another Bee Company and I couldn't be happier. He offered to come out right away and took care of the problem without hurting the bees. He used no chemicals, was all organic, and the bees were taken away safely! So happy! more

Arrived on time, cleared a wasps nest within minutes, inspected the entire house and had a nice chat! Gordon knows what he is doing! How many times do you have the owner come to the worksite? No guilty conscience here after removing a swarm of bees, so important in the environmental scheme of our natural world, from the eave; this company knows how to relocate bees so that they can thrive. I called them one day and they were here the next, at the appointed time, did the job at a competitive rate and I would call them again in future. more

Excellent service 4/26/2012

Gordon came out the same day and on time after a previous company had let me down. He removed 3 wasp nests within minutes and charged an extremely reasonable price. We haven't seen a wasp since ! I would use him everytime and not hestitate to recommend him to friends. more

Honest and Reliable 4/24/2012

Gordon came to my home to inspect what i thought was for sure a bee hive in my attic due to some bees in my home. He found nothing...didn't charge me anything for his time and effort.and even patched an opening in my attic vent for me! I highly recommend him and his team. They were on time and honest. This company is Amazing! 3/6/2012

I just had the pleasure of meeting Gordon under not so pleasant conditions. We had a hive that Gordon estimated was 4 years old - 10,000 bees, 120 lbs. of honey and 2 hours later, the bees are gone and being re-released into the wild where they can continue doing the work nature intended! Thank you, Gordon...you're a lifesaver in every sense! more

what a champ 1/31/2012

We have a one year old and were concerned with the endless stream of bees flying into the house coming from what was clearly a hive in the garage wall. I called Gordon and he came came out the next morning, cleared the bees up on the spot, and returned for the next couple of days to make sure all was well. We had over 100lbs of bee hive in the walls and they handled the dismantling and rebuilding quickly and painlessly. Gordon seems to really care about making sure the bees are unharmed whenever possible and goes to great lengths to save as many as he can. His prices are very competitive and there were no surprises! Not only that, if you watch the process and ask questions, which gordon seemed more than happy to answer, you get a fantastic master-class on bees! more

Great Service 11/13/2011

Called Gordon on a Sunday afternoon after noticing a bee swarm the size of a football in one of my trees. He came out that day and provided prompt and efficient service in removing the swarm and the hive. I was very impressed with his knowledge and concern about the environment. more
