Sometimes I wonder about these vehemently negative reviews - they smack of a rival restaurant sneakily trying to undermine it's competition. Anyway, I've been in Rahway for over 10 years and love going to Beana's. Aside from the delightful decor, I've always found the food to be very tasty and the service to be friendly and professional. Granted the prices are a bit high, but I find the experience of going there so much more pleasurable than most restaurants in the area - so I factor that in. I'm a former Manhattanite, and it's one of the few restaurants around that makes me feel as if I'm back in the city.\r more

Tried this place for the first time last week. My wife loves Mexican and I m a meat person. She had a salmon dinner that she said was out of this world. They made it fajita style. It was enough for her to also eat for lunch the next day. I had a full rack of ribs and couldn t finish it either. The ribs were tender, juicy and melted right of the bone. I don t know if they make there own BBQ sauce but they should bottle it. Staff was great and the decor. keeps your eyes busy. Wonderful place. I hink were going to have to make it a habbit.\r more

When most places are going out of business, Beana's lowered their prices to give people that extra helping hand . You walk into beana's Para Siempre and feel like you took a trip to mexico. Great people and service. I feel like they just invited me into their home for dinner. There are fun games and toys to entertain on their tables. The salsa is out of this world ( I wish they would bottle it and sell it in stores) When my food was served it looked like enough to feed me for a couple of days and then the taste was amazing. They serve everthing from mexican food, to fish preped to your liking and the ribs seem like they came out of a five star steak house. All I can say is that if you like small cozy places that has good food and makes you feel at home try Beana's Para Siempre (forver). Its been in Rahway for over sixteen years for a reason. more

Over the years I have tried most of the menu. I can not remember a time where the food was not excellent. The servers are fast, effecient and warm. The atmosphere makes you believe you are in a quaint village in Mexico. more

You won't forget - the food is absolutely wonderful and authentic. The atmosphere is one of a kind with a collage of 50's farmhouse tables and charming chach-ki's of every kind. Each table has cards for idle hands and a little table for little ones to draw & play. Sombrero's and chili pepper lights adorn the walls, and of course, one matador in velvet. Inviting and so comfortable, you will want to come back at least 2-3 times a month. The food, tho, is just beautiful. Exactly as it should be and priced fair - for the freshness and simplicity. You'll want to share and these are full plates. Kids menu too. Yum! more

Beana's is a tiny little hole in the wall treasure! Very casual, no liquor license, and drinks are served out of red plastic cups. Great portion size for a reasonable price. Gets very crowded and noisy, so it's good to go at an off time. It's a small place, so it's not ideal for a big group. Their salsa and chips are great and fresh! If you enjoy Mexican food, you will certainly enjoy Beana's. more

The atmosphere is fun and the food is really mexican so if you expect some wannabe-mex but really americanized version of mexican food this is not the place to go. For that, go to chilis! Beana's is fun and the food is great. Not bland, not garbage, good. more
