I recently had to call Beacon Plumbing and Heating out to home to access my furnace issue. I had a carbon monoxide detector go off in my home and the fire department had recommended I turn off my furnace and have it serviced. I called Beacon Plumbing the morning of 12-5-13 and they were out that night to access that my furnace had 2 cracks in it and I needed a new one. Tony was very kind and understanding of my shock of this at this time of year. I made a decision on a furnace and Tony and another technician Israel were out the very next day to install my new furnace. I could not have been happier with these two gentlemen. They were both so kind and got the job done with in hours and I have been happy ever since. Thank you so much for your promptness and kind understanding on a hard decision at this time of year. more

Tony had the defective part identified & removed in 5 minutes, then went to pickup the replacement within an hour. Total furnace repair took less than one hour (once he had the right impeller motor). Great customer service by a real pro. Thanks for the quick restoration of our heat & such a terrific attitude! more

Jessie Elliott, from your branch, serviced my house today and was straight forward, professional and helped me look at every angle. I couldnt have been more impressed with how he helped resolve my water line issue. He helped me make decisions based on code and facts and I will recommend him to my other home owning friends. I had a bad experience the day before with a competitor of yours and am so lucky to have him be the point person for my problems. In addition to being knowledgeable, he was on time, courteous, and took his shoes off without asking each time he entered my home. more

So my wife had someone out to unclog the kitchen sink. I had a 25 foot snake and it wouldn't quite reach the clog. I figured it might be easier to have someone out and fix it versus going to home depot and buying a longer snake. I was right that it was a pretty easy fix. Someone showed up and didn't listen to my wife when she told them that a snake less then 25 feet wouldn't take care of the job. So they sent someone else out and fixed it in 15 minutes. They charged 370 bucks plus tax to unclog a drain in 15 minutes. When I called and asked about it, they told me that they fix problems other people can't. This company preys on people that don't know much about plumbing issues (ie. my wife) and completely took advantage of her. I guess it was my fault for trusting a company, that clearly needs to recoup what they paid Marshawn Lynch for his advertising spot. I would not recommend this company and plan on telling others to look elsewhere. more

Our furnace died Friday afternoon last week and a new furnace was installed by mid-day Saturday the next day. This great service was despite the icy roads left over from the snow storm earlier in the week. Jon clearly knew what he was doing. He was very professional. We were very pleased and will be calling Beacon in the future. more

I want to tell you how pleased I am with the service I have received from Jason as well as with the response from Beacon. I called on Dec. 27th because my furnace had stopped. Jason came that evening, determined that it was not cost effective to repair the furnace, helped us to choose the right one for our needs and had it installed and working the next day. He also discovered a leak in our water heater and again helped us to determine that it was more cost effective to replace it rather than repair it. We had a problem on Feb 2nd when we discovered a water leak from the furnace. He came out the same day and repaired the leaky seal at no cost. He is very knowledgeable and personable and respectful and I would like to assure that he will be the person who comes to service my home if I have any further needs. more

After a bad experience with Good Guy Plumbing, I tried Beacon Plumbing and had a wonderful experience. They were able to quickly book me, they called ahead, arrived exactly on time, were polite, explained the issue, quoted me a decent price, and had were done within one hour. All and all, a great experience. more

I own stand in Pioneer square. Its a small space that is hard to access and we recently had a toilet problem. Our toilet was clogged by a customer and before we knew it the bathroom was flooded. I tried to take care of the problem myself but was not able to subdue the issue at hand. I decided to call Beacon because in the past they have been quick to show up when I used them for my home plumbing. They charged a show up fee but were kind to waive it once they serviced my toilet. They gave me some great recommendations and fixed my problem. I am glad I called Beacon Plumbing. more
