Horrible experience 9/9/2012

I had a very bad experience with Bayshore goodyear in Port St Lucie. They told me several things needed repaired and the estimate was very high $1300ish, when I told them I was getting a second opinion they were very rude and hostile and tried to charge me a $35 "service charge" for the jacked up estimate they gave me. When I did get the second opinion it turned out they lied about a lot of things that were in perfect working order, the real repair job ended up costing me $240 for everything including tax. I sure wish I would have googled their name before I went there, I see a lot of complaints by people they also ripped off or tried to. The manager Glenn is very rude and nasty he has no business dealing with customers the way he acts. more

Very highly recommended 2/28/2012

We were looking for a new place to take our car for repairs and asked around. Bayshore Tire came very highly recommended by numerous parishioners in our church as well as the golfers in the community we live in. We were very happy to find this place and the service was great. Very professional. more

Rude and expensive 2/13/2012

Terrible business, I would not recommend it to anyone. They are very rude and the most expensive shop I have ever had the unpleasantness of visiting. A few days later the same repair needed fixing again, they tried to charge me all over again to fix it correctly, I had to take it elsewhere to a shop with more knowledge. more

Very bad business 2/13/2012

This place takes the cake for rudeness and overcharging, never in my life have I been treated the way I was by the owner and manager, first they tried to triple charge me, than when I wanted to shop around they were very rude. I ended up saving almost $300 going a 1/2 mile down the road to another repair shop! more

WE HAVE HAD BAD LUCK WITH OTHER REPAIR SHOPS IN TOWN, WHEN WE CAME TO GOODYEAR ON BAYSHORE THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF US. HONEST & RELIABLE STAFF. WE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM A FRIEND AND GLAD WE FOUND THE BEST. SERVICE WAS GREAT! more

Den of thieves! 5/7/2011

Den of thieves.....I bought my 2003 Honda Odyssey there because I needed a new alternator. They told me it needed the alt and 2 new belts and wanted to charge me $790 before tax. When I bought it to another shop in the area Tuffys they told me it only needed 1 belt and charged me $393 for the whole job. 1/2 the price of Goodyear ripoff shop. When I asked the manager of goodyear how it could be so much when the alternator cost $110 he told ""me his was in business to make money!"" When I asked him why the tires he quoted me were triple the price of firestone he told me ""Firestone closed down"" !! Customers beware you WILL get taken advantage of if you bring your vehicle to this shop 1820 bayshore blvd Goodyear tire. Not to mention the attitudes of the owner and manager were despicable. more

High priced shop 5/7/2011

Very high priced shop, I broke down nearby and was towed there. What a mistake that was, they were very rude and arrogant, and charged me 3 times what the job should have cost. When I questioned the price they became very angry and hostile and threatened me with a lien on my vehicle, and were just extremely rude as if they were the only mechanics in the state of Florida and I had to take what they gave me and like it. more
