Yes, their cajun is amazing, but if you haven't had Chef Chau's breakfasts you are missing out of the BEST of Bayou on First!!! I first came to this restaurant in 2005 on a Sunday...

best breakfast and best service in Pike Place, best Cajun in town 8/13/2008

Yes, their cajun is amazing, but if you haven't had Chef Chau's breakfasts you are missing out of the BEST of Bayou on First!!! I first came to this restaurant in 2005 on a Sunday morning and immediately made it part of my weekly routine! First name basis is how they prefer to do business, and they're always ready with a smile and a hot cup of coffee. Breakfast faves include the homemade granola and the steelcut oatmeal, but anything you get will be delicious. Pros: great food, good value, excellent service, unique faire Cons: no hope for parking more

Pet Friendly, Good Cajun Food, Great Customer Service 7/6/2008

My friends, our three mini-dogs and I went to this restaurant for lunch on July 4th. The waitress is SUPER friendly and patient. After I spilled an entire cup of water, she was very nice in helping us wipe up my mess. We stayed for about 2 hours eating and chatting and we didn't feel rushed. The blackened chicken PO-BOYs are good especially with the green tabasco sauce... and the beans and rice were good too. The food was pretty good, definately above average ( B or maybe B+ ) but with the combination of location (by Pikes Place), the friendly, comfortable, dog friendly atmosphere I give this place an A. I will definately be coming back here for spicey lunch. Pros: Good Price, Dog Friendly, Location, Great Customer Service Cons: The food wasn't as spicey as I thought, but they did have the Tabasco to make up for it. more
