Brad no pressure (how rare is that?!?!), Baydo was pleasant/easy to negotiate with and come to a compromise price. They enacted a very efficient cash transaction for the vehicle PLUS they gave us a wonderful added bonus that took us by surprise. Baydo put, free of charge, a FULL tank of diesel in the truck before presenting us the keys! This was worth at least $120-$130 and gave us 400-500 miles of driving. We objected and said they didn't have to do that, that we were going to do that ourselves, etc., but they insisted. Who out there does this kind of thing??! To us that was the clincher to an exceptional experience all 'round. more

Recently, we had an amazing experience buying a truck from Baydo Chevrolet in McKenna, WA (between Yelm and Roy). During our first visit our salesman, Brad Broughton, truly listened to our criteria and had gone asearching for a truck that fit our specs. The very next day his boss found one at auction, bought it and immediately called us to tell us it was coming in. We were very eager to drop everything and go see it when Brad called us announcing, ""I have your truck."" However, the truck wasn't supposed to be available that day, rather the following day. Hearing our disappointment, Brad and his boss somehow worked out getting the truck to Baydo asap that same day. And about 6 p.m. we bought it after searching an 100 mile radius for 3 wks. more

My van was having issues, and the guys at Baydos were having a real hard time diagnosing it. I had to leave it with them for at least a week, but they figured it out fixed it and even did some extras. They put in all new spark plugs, wires and the cap and I only paid for the parts! Also they washed and vacuumed it for me. I have a 3 year old so this was awesome.\r more

Impovement needed 1/26/2014

Mckenna Baydo Chevrolet is nolonger open on Saturday for oil and lube. This forces customers to look elsewhere for this service. Took time off work to come into scheduled appointment and it still took over a hour for and oil change. I did get a pour wash job done and that was a perk more
