Really working hard 5/16/2013

I had to take my van in because it is acting like it's going to die at times, and not always starting correctly. They couldn't figure out the problem, because of course it didn't do it for them. but they did really try and they didn't charge me the diagnostic even though they had my van for a whole day trying to figure it out. They were really nice and hopefully soon will be able to figure out the issue. more

Was told it would take about an hour but it took over 2 hours so one of the people there gave my lube to me for free, which was very much appreciated but not required and I thanked him for it. more

The Service Department is on time for the scheduled work. The fron counter person and the mechanics are professional. I always get great feedback and recommendations on what needs to be done to my vehicle. more
