So, everything is absolutely great as long as you pay your premiums but don't ever file any claims!! I was with this agency for over 3 years and had 2 auto coverages and 1 renters' insurance policy. During this time, I got into an accident and filed one claim as a result of it. Then, this past year, my car got broken into. I called them to report the incident, they told me I had to file 2 different claims (even though it was one incident), one for the damage to the car, and one for the contents inside the car.
