Wouldn't give one star if I didn't have tol. I left my wallet in a cab last night. The friendly dispatcher gave me the number to call. First the guy says call back in an hour - he's not in the office and can't call anyone. I call back he say's he's shopping and I need to call back in 3 more hours. I call back and he says he'll meet me at a coffee shop in 3 more hours (5PM) and will give me a call. At 7:45 PM I still hadn't heard from him. I call the guy and he says he forgot and it will take another hour. I've asked him 3 times if he can just give the wallet to a driver and I'll pay to get it delivered. Finally after 3 requests he says he'll do this and the cab driver will call me back. Still waiting for a call back as of 8:15...
