My husband and I have been in counseling since February of 2011, and we plan to continue for the foreseeable future. We find it beneficial to encourage continuing communication as well as having an objective 3rd party to add an outside perspective and offer suggestions that we may have never thought of. more

My counsellor was wonderful...learned so much from her...worked on issues..but it takes 2 to work hard for an outcome...i could not do it all myself. more
