Maureen Dougherty was our second point of contact in the showroom after speaking with the receptionist.
She was absolutely horrible and lacked all forms of customer service prowess as well as social graces, leaving one to feel that she had ""better things to do"" than waste her time answering customer questions. In our brief encounter we found Maureen to be extremely arrogant, narcissistic, mentally draining, and thoroughly exhausting!
We did not ask to speak with Ms. Dougherty, but were, nonetheless, ""graced"" with her presence, which both my husband and myself wished had NEVER happened.
Hopefully, Maureen is not a solid representation of what the Bath Kitchen & Tile Center has to offer consumers.
