If I could give zero stars, I would.
The customer service was horrible. Today was my third visit to this place, and every time the owner has had a bad attitude.
The first time, I went in looking for something specific. She said she ordered them, and everything else in the order had come in, but not this. They should be in ""soon"". I asked if they have a call list for when products come in, since it's not exactly close. She gave me the biggest attitude about it and basically said ""yeah, we can, but..."" and then never did. I don't even know why I went back, but I did. The second time she was just negative to be around as well.
Today, I had a coupon that apparently was misprinted. She started yelling at ME about it and it wasn't even my fault! I asked her to stop yelling at me and she said she wasn't, she was just mad at the company. I'm sorry, but since when does a customer need to hear an owner vent about something. And she didn't accept it, would not make any exception, even though I was planning on spending more than the coupon.
I told her it was horrible customer service and she said, and I quote, ""the customer service is fine. I've been here 10 years. How many times have YOU been here?""
Apparently only long time customers are worth being nice to. I will NEVER go back to this location, EVER.
