Baseline Learning Tree

I find it funny how when 1 person write a bad review, that multiple reviews conducted RIGHT after saying everything that the bad review said was not true and that their service is ""superior"" I dont take my child to that daycare, and I wouldnt just because after reading these reviews I truly believe it is the daycare staff trying to save their own skins. Shame on you Learning Tree. It is ridiculous. more

Baseline Learning Tree is a great place! My child is excited to go to school everyday. The staff is so wonderful, they have VERY LOW turn over. Allison, the director is always available to answer my questions. She takes the time to know us as a family. I am very thankful to Learning Tree, they provide such a wonderful place for child to grow and learn. more

My child has attended Baseline Learning Tree for the past 4 years. I cannot say enough great things about their program. The staff is very friendly, and personable. I have been very happy with the high level of care they provide. Her teacher Ms. Amy is positive and energetic. And the office staff is fantastic. Aimee, Allison and Kathy are hard working, and are always willing to lend a helping hand. I would highly recommend this center. It has become a home away from home for my child. This is a place we sent our kids for quite some time. For the first several years the staff was great. Amy the director did a fantastic job but was overworked. They went through quite a few front desk staff members until hiring Allyson. If you want to talk to someone who is condecending and rude she would be the one I would recommend. Many times I would go into pick up and they would be discussing how funny it was that people would call in for pricing and say things like ""that's more than I make"", they laughed like it was funny people could not afford thier services, meanwhile bragging that they get thier daycare costs for FREE!! I thought this was extremely unprofessional. On top of all that they had these ""looks"" they would give each other like you were bothering them for asking a question regarding your child... bottom line grow up! Pros: Great teachers & class sizes Cons: poor customer service, too pricy more
