I've danced at Bartelt Dancers for almost 7 years and it's the best place to dance in Columbus. I orginally tried other studios in the area and i wasn't as pleased. The best part is that the teachers really care about every dancer, which i felt was missing from other studios. Bartelt Dancers has become my second home. more

    Our Philosophy:

    Our program is designed to provide quality dance instruction and dance education to our students. Our goal is to produce self confident and knowledgeable dancers, individuals who enjoy their art form whether they become dancers or art enthusiasts. Our positive and creative environment sets the stage for the development of mind, body, and imagination. We love to dance and it shows!

    Kathy Bartelt - Studio Owner / Artistic Director

    Kathy Bartelt has 20+ years Columbus dance training and a BFA in Dance with a minor in Child Development from Texas Christian University. She danced two years with the Fort Worth Ballet and with the Third Street Moving Company. Kathy has taught for OSU Continuing Education, Fort Hayes Career Center, and currently teaches ballet at Otterbein College. She has produced nationally recognized choreography, taught students for the Rhythmic Jr. Olympics, and has several former students pursuing professional dance careers.    . *Classes Starting at Age 4
