I used to work at this studio (ok, I took tickets at the door in exchange for classes) and always got a great workout, in fact my body looked great back when I was able to do this yoga on a regular basis. I really miss it and haven't found a studio in California that compares yet. strangely enough all the great "alternative" places I've loved have been in Cambridge area as opposed to California!! more

If you are looking for a meditative experience...don't go. If you are looking for yoga philosophy...don't go. If you are looking to learn pranayama and relaxation techniques...don't go. If you are looking to have your own space in which to practice...don't go. If you are looking for individual yoga instruction...don't go. If you are looking to improve your alignment...don't go. If you hate the heat...definitely don't go! If you are looking for a reasonably priced yoga class...Go. If you are looking for a great workout...Go. If you are looking to stretch yourself out...Go. If you are already in good shape and want to learn some yoga...Go. If you want to sweat like crazy...go. If you want to get in on the trend of power yoga...Go. All in all, it's a mixed bag. Not for the true yogis, but definitely a great workout and a rewarding place to start learning about flow yoga. more

this studio is one of a kind and it's a great kick butt work out. I loved the space and the fact that the instructors totally pushed you. it is a bit crowded and people are a little shi-shi but you get over it. the space is totally filled wall to wall by the time the class starts. go to sweat and feel great when you're done! but bring your own mat, you don't want to hang out on other people's stink. more
