I recently decided to buy my first real home entertainment system. I was aware of Barney Miller's but had never shopped there because I thought their prices might be higher. However, since I wanted a very good system I went in and talked with Tim. It turned out to be a great decision. Not only did I discover that Barney Miller's has a great staff of highly knowledgeable and professional staff I also discovered their prices were as good as I could get anywhere else. I needed a lot of help as my knowledge was limited. I was made very comfortable, treated with respected and I completely trusted the advice I was given by Tim. I felt like he understood my needs as well as my budget. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed or wanted. The installation team was terrific and my new system sounds amazing. I rely on Bsrney Miller to sort through the morrass of available products and get me reasonable quality and reasonable price, and then to install and do set up. They were professional and totaly trustworthy in all ways. I do not shop what I buy from them and that is based on lifelong trust acquired from experience. Not many businesses like this around. more

I had done some work with Barney Miller's Inc. a few years back, I think I purchased some equipment. I had a really good experience with them. I thought their prices were comparable, maybe not the cheapest, but you're paying for the service. I asked about warranties, and they told me that they don't sell warranties because they service what they sell! I worked with Doug H. and he was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and had great attention-to-detail. I've used them several times since then and my business has used them. I've also recommended them to many, many people. more

I used Barney Miller's Inc. when I needed to have some advice about setting up some TV's and stereos and getting everything hooked up and ready for the cable company. Basically, I wanted to be a turnkey house and just come home, point the remote, have somebody show me how things operate and have everything ready and working for me. Barney Miller's did just that for me. Overall, it went really well. The product works fine. There were a few issues, but they came back to make the necessary adjustments. Their follow-up was great, even after they came back for adjustments. I appreciate good service in a company. more

I visited Barney Miller's store, to begin with, and spoke with Barney. I let Barney Miller's Inc. know what we were looking at in terms of the project we were going to do on our porch. They didn't try to oversell and didn't push hard into things I didn't want to get involved in. They came out, looked at the property, and gave me an estimate, and were able to work with me on my estimate to get it within budget. The installation folks from Barney Miller's Inc. were quick and knowledgeable with what they did. The worked well with the construction people. We had three different teams here at once but Barney Miller's did a good job of coordinating so they were not in everyone else's way. They did a wonderful job, and everything has been working perfectly. It looks great! more
