DO NOT BUY XMAS GIFTS!!!! 12/17/2009

Good: good selection. Bad: I recieved a book bag along with a $20 gift card for my birthday from someone out of town. Because I did not have a gift reciept they refused to exchange the bag. No matter how I plead with them, no matter if I said I would take the discounted amount, they were steadfast in their determination to force me to go to the post office (it's the holiday season) pay for postage and send it back to my friend. HOW STUPID IS THAT? They had the EXACT same bags right by the cash registers. DO not buy gifts at B&N. Improvements: They need to change their return policy. I just wanted a book for the bag, which would have been an even exchange. I was not requesting money back or anything. Their steadfastness on this stupid policy sould make us all BOYCOTT until they change it. Even the local dollar store has a better return policy.. Other: I shall never step foot into a B&N store and I am telling all of my 3,000 customers (who tend to like what I have to say) I am telling YOU, the JB community and now you need to stop buying stuff there. BOYCOTT BABY BOYCOTT. more
