They do a great job with a bath and a blowdry but that's about it. You have to tell them what you want or else you won't get it. They failed to pluck out my dogs hair out of their ears. Worst of all they failed to cut my puppy's nails (after I specifically asked). I noticed this a little to late, her thumb nail (I don't know the correct name for that nail) was curling into her pad. All the other nails were trimmed, so we couldn't notice. It would have been ok if the groomer had let me know she couldn't cut it, but I found out too late. They also take almost the whole day. I would drop of my dog at 7am and they wouldn't call me until about 4pm! They did leave my dogs looking cute, even accessorized with a bow! So if you want a bath this is a great place, however if you want real grooming you should look somewhere else.
