Guys, they are terrible. We? decided to replace our busted fridge with one of their refurbished ones. They brought in a newer fridge, but it worked for maybe a day; it had a broken compressor. We were told a new compressor had to be ordered, and that it would take about a week. After about a week, we were told it had arrived. Awesome, right? Wrong. The technician breaks promises to schedule a time to come & doesn't return calls. Rather than return our calls and finish the job, the technician seems to ignore them and us. They are difficult to work with. If you want to work with a professional, don't call them.
