Like the advertising, Barbara and her staff are always there! They are always pleasant to deal with and prompt in following through with what they say they are going to do. They are very helpful in the event of a claim. If a premium is due and you have forgotten about it, they always contact you and remind you. I've dealt with insurance companies and their agents in NC, GA, AL, and TN and Barbara and State Farm are the very best in my opinion. I highly recommend them! Pros: Highly efficient and pleasant to deal with Cons: None more
