I've been a patient of Dr Wills for about 5 years, and she is a really friendly, really personable doctor. But there is ALWAYS a ridiculous wait time. Not only that, but her staff is quite the opposite of her - impersonable and rude. I have also had several of my appointments canceled at the last minute over the years. And today was the final straw. After making the initial appointment for my annual back in November 2006, I finally got in today (May 22, 2007), only to wait for over an hour and 30 minutes. I finally put my clothes on and walked out of the clinic. The lady at the front desk didn't even bother to ask me why I didn't have my folder. Surely they won't care enough to call to check on me. Word for the wise - if you are pregnant, you might like Dr Wills....if not, do like I'm doing and find yourself another gyn.
Pros: parking, clean office, doctor-patient relationship, plenty of ultrasounds when you are pregnant
Cons: wait time, office staff, have to make appointments months in advance, possibility of canceled appointments
