I had a flat tire when I was coming off the expressway. So I came into the office, a young lady named Rachel took care of me. The owner came in said I didn't need just a tire, and that a belt had come up and ripped open my axle. He stopped it from being a dangerous situation, I was very appreciative of that. more

I have been going to Alvin for eight years, and wouldn't go to anyone else. I know what's out there and hear sob stories from people all the time about bad mechanics they have gone to. The service here is always top notch, and the shop goes out of their way to accomodate you. A complete explanation of repairs, parts and labor is always forthcoming. Alvin is honest, thorough and highly knowledgable. Not only is he a BMW expert, he can work on anything. Alvin knows his way around a vehicle and will have it purring like new in no time. Ask for Alvin and look no further! more

LIARS! CHEATS!! 8/13/2011

These guys just tried to scam me out of about $700! DON'T GO THERE! They told me a part was broken but that i needed to ALSO replace the parts on either side of it (even though they were in perfectly fine condition) because they were ""attached permanently and couldn't be replaced individually."" Then they handed me an estimate featuring an order for TWO PARTS(???) NOT INCLUDING THE PART THEY SAID WAS BROKEN. I went to Hampden Tires the next day and the guy there instantly deduced the same problem just from the sound of me pulling into the parking lot and told me the part could be replaced on it's own for less than half of what they were going to charge me at the other place. Baltimore Body Shop flat out lied to me!!! They're SWINDLERS!!!!!! more
