Came through with excellent customer service.

Worst

They charged my credit card 4 weeks in advanced. But chose to deliver the flowers at the last minute of the work day.They should not have accepted more orders than they can delive...

Great customer service. Person who took my order had great personality and was very accommodating. Person who rec'd the flowers I ordered called me and said the flower arrangement was terrific. I highlighly recommend this florist. Pros: courteous, fast, good customer service more

Great Flowers at a Decent Price 11/10/2005

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. They were so willing to help me and the flowers were the best. They also lasted longer than I experience before. I was able to get at boquet that fit with my budget and when I wasn't totally pleased with some of the flowers, they went into the back as pulled out fresher ones (ask for this!). All and all it was a lovely arrangement at a reasonable price The store itself also carried green plants, some with flowers. You can also get silk flowers, baskets, and a variety of garden and gift accessories (like ballons, candy, and stuffed toys). I loved supporting a local business more

Very Scary!!!!! 7/30/2005

I have never in my life seen such a bad arrangment of flowers in my lifetime!! I can't believe I spent the money on that crap!!I had always heard how great they were so I ordered a simple, elegant, Very important birthday, $75 vase arrangment, and I swear I've seen better flowers from safeway!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Cons: design, bad flowers, rude staff more

Wonderful 9/9/2002

I wanted to send a friend a pick-me-up and called Ballards to see if they could get a bouquet to her in a hurry. The staff was amazing, worked with my budget and put together a lovely arrangement. I had to call back about a minute after cementing the order and they were nothing but helpful about making the adjustments I asked for. Id recommend this florist to anyone looking for great service and beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. Pros: Great staff, Prompt, Good selection more

REPUTATION WELL DESERVED 7/6/2002

I had heard of Ballard Blossom through various ads and gave them a try and was thoroughly pleased. Everything from placing the order to delivery was great. I hope to have more occasions to use them in the future. more
