I called yesterday and they got me in today, not only once but two times since I needed the dental work done immediately. They were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. They did not explain charges and treated me like a second rate patient when I disputed them. I was belittled and they told me I was lucky to even get their services. They told me they did not like my insurance company. Maybe that is why it ended up costing me so much just to get my teeth cleaned. Hundreds of dollars down the drain because they did not explain the situation to me at all. They acted like I was supposed to know that I was going to have to pay for this and that. Very rude. Pros: close to my house Cons: Rude staff. Would not explain the charges. COST ME MONEY (that I didn't have) more

The front office staff is lousy, They do not care about their customers (patients) who have delta dental. They do not admit their mistakes and in my case it cost me several hundred dollars for services that I did not need. Go to another dentist. There are plenty of good dentists out there that have staff who want to make sure the procedures they are performing are covered under your insurance, or at least they would let you know ahead of time that it may not be. The lady told me I was ""lucky"" they even took my insurance, WHAT!!!!! This place is lucky to have any business left at all. My wifes dentist made a similar mistake and they just covered it, no problem. That is how a business should be run. The patient should also be the customer.
