I have been to see Dr. Garcia twice and she has been great. Energetic, knowledgeable, doesn't keep me waiting, etc. Her office staff, on the other hand, is terrible. The first time I went to Dr. Garcia, her front desk staff overcharged my Flex spending card by $400 and they said they weren't able to refund the funds that day. I had to call back on a later day to get the card refunded which took way longer than it should have. Not to mention, it was paperwork nightmare with my Flex account and it took months to sort it out. The front office staff was also openly and audibly gossiping about other patients . I ordered contacts and told them to ship them to my work...well, they ended up shipping them to their office and I had to go pick them up. Four weeks later I had the same treatment on my left eye and the distance vision on this eye measured at 20/20 the next day.
