I have a new lease on life thanks to the work you guys did. I now have hope where hope didn't exist before. I thought any future I had financially was thrown out the window, and I had no way to get it back. I just figured the IRS was going to try to block any possible future I had. But the most important thing that you did was even after I had paid the money I owed you, I got a call almost every week letting me know the update on my case.
