Avoid! 4/9/2007

This place is a disaster. Some of the sales people are knowledgeable, others are completely unhelpful. We ordered a variety of furniture and the staff underestimated how long the order would take to arrive. When I called to check on the order, I was treated as if I was a burden to them. Then the timeframe given turned out to be incorrect. Pros: Some knowledgeable sales staff Cons: After-sale service is a total disaster more

Everything you need from an independent store 11/24/2006

The upside to Baby Grand is that it carries everything if you want to avoid megachains. Cribs, strollers, carseats, highchairs, rockers, carriers, etc, and in all price ranges if you are on a budget. The only thing lacking is the clothes -- very baby-ish, not funky or vibrant at all. Try shopping here first. You might be able to avoid BabiesRUs altogether. Pros: Great selection, personable staff, many price ranges, unique items Cons: Cramped with merchandise, gets crowded, hard to get help at times more

They have way more stuff in there than I though possible. Alot of unique gifts that you can't find anywhere else locally. The owner found me something that I had seen in a magazine...they can find you ANYTHING! A little messy inside, but homey. more

Expect delays with your order 8/15/2005

Expect to wait 6-7 months for furniture orders. Also, check in frequently with the store to make sure that the items you purchased were in fact ordered. more
