Best

I stayed here one night, clean and the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my small chihuahua with me, so they gave me a room near the back door on the first floor.

pleasantly suprised 5/16/2012

Very pleasantly surprised with the service & room. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm, which I liked, but husband likes a softer mattress. Just our personal preference. Hallways were quiet, and general atmosphere was pleasant. Staff were friendly & helpful. Ate at the on site restaurant twice, dinner and breakfast. Good food (maybe a little pricey). Have already recommended this hotel to a couple of people and we will definitely stay again! more

We came on a church trip it was 87 of us. We were all located on the same floor and I have no complaints. Every room was ready when we got to the hotel at 3:00 pm. They do need to upgrade the tv in the rooms. Other than that the staff was helpful. The food i ate was good we had to order in the bar. I felt safe and we had a great stay! more

very clean 5/2/2012

We arrived a day early in Chicago, Il and the hotel we were staying at was booked for Labor Day weekend, so we found this hotel about 12 miles from Chicago downtown. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, we stayed in the double Queen bed room. If you like pillows you will enjoy the 4 pillows to a bed. We had a refrigerator and microwave that were both very clean. This hotel was located by a few restaurants in driving distance. We arrived in the evening and the area seem safe and quiet even though is was right next to the interstate. We would definately stay here again. The hotel also had a restaurant onsite, but was closed around 10:00 PM so we did not get in there, they also have a bar that serves appetizers. more

The hotel is worth the money I paid which was not very much compare to many other hotels in the area. Very clean, friendly staff, full service restaurant. I enjoyed my stay and will continue to go back. more

well maintained and comfortable 8/8/2011

My wife and I went on a group bus tour to Chicago and Indianapolis with friends. Home base for Chicago was this hotel for four nights. for what we were told would be a budget hotel, we were surprised how well maintained and comfortable this hotel is. It is a former Holiday Inn that was renovated and rebranded as a Best Western. It was originally built as a conference center and has several meeting and banquet rooms. We stayed in two different rooms and both were well maintained and comfortable. more

We would stay here again 8/2/2011

We stayed in a King room. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Rate was way better than downtown and the drive was not bad. We ate breakfast one morning and enjoyed that also. We were doing most our sight seeing in Oak Park, this was a quick drive on the Eisenhower. We would stay here again when visiting Chicago. more

Best location 7/28/2011

It was great stay.......... Everything was more than expectation as compared to the prize we paid. I highly recomed this hotel for everyone. Help desk was very polite and helping. All the staff were quick responsding and helping like a family member. Me my wife and son all of us enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Best location, all the shops and resturant with in 1-3 miles. Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Honestly no complaints about this hotel. Stayed for a long weekend, seemed well kept, friendly staff. To get to downtown area, or Wrigley the hotel shuttle will take you to the train station (quick ride) & will pick you up from there when you call. Also to & from airport. Keep in mind it's not in the heart of the action, but if you don't mind a train ride it's a nice alternative to pricier options. more

The staff was ok, the room was nice, parking great, and there is a restaurant in the place. It's right off the freeway, so easy access to get where you want to go. Not to mention there is plenty of shopping nearby, with a strip mall across the street. more

Despite a small problem, the stay was excellent 6/6/2011

Initially had problems getting into my room - the latch on the door was malfunctioning and would not let you open the door. Maintenance fixed the problem but I was a little hesistate after that. However, we did not experience any problems after that. more

Loved my stay, perfect 5/31/2011

I traveled to Chicago with my parents for my daughters Navy Graduation. We decided to go a couple of days early to enjoy the city of Chicago. We agreeded to stay at Best Western Hillside because of location and general repetition of Best Western Hotels. For the most part we enjoyed our stay more
