I stayed here one night, clean and the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my small chihuahua with me, so they gave me a room near the back door on the first floor.

Very good hotel with excellent shuttle services to & from Airport, train station, meetings & even malls. This service alone makes it worthwhile. The shuttle drivers were great. We did not have to rent a car for our 3 nights stay. The rooms were neat and we enjoyed the shower massage too. more

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. The shuttle took us straight to the train station and said they would pick us up whenever we got done. When we did call to be picked up around one in the morning, both shuttles were out and we had to take a cab. more

Considering we were always out in the city everyday and only came back to sleep it was worth the price and it was conveniently located right off the highway making drive times to the city a no brainer. The room was well kept but at the same time you get what you pay for. Overall very comfortable. more

Very easy check-in, rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bar was sparsely populated, but I enjoyed the $3.50 Shocktop draft! Free airport shuttle runs on the hour. I only chose this because my daughter had already booked a room for herself here. Admittedly, I was a little hesitant, as I haven't stayed at a Best Western recently, but it was great. The breakfast buffet is $9.95 and was just what I needed after two days at the Ryder Cup. I would stay here again. more

We stayed here to visit friends in Oak Park. It was close to the freeway, had some decent restaurants nearby, and was easy access to downtown Chicago and to the airport. The room was clean, with very comfortable beds. We were four in the room so the bathroom was a little small, but the room had a fridge and a microwave. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I made my original reservation for just 2 people with a king bed, then had to change it when my daughter and her friend decided to join us. It was no problem at all. more

We stayed at this hotel because it was cheaper than staying in downtown Chicago. It is right off the freeway -- and about 15-20 minutes from downtown. We hardly ever saw the staff...but it is evident they are very active!!!! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. We had no problems at all. We didn't eat here but did peak into their restaurant....it was very clean and what I would expect in a full service Hilton or Marriott!!! more

My stay was quite pleasant! Very clean room, fine service, and pretty good restaurant. Right across the way from a sweet shopping center and several dining options. Only a short drive from the park-and-ride at the last stop on the Blue Line. The television in the room was not so modern and the remote was very picky about when and where it wanted to work. more

This was an affordable and good place to stay when visiting. Their shuttle service was EXCELLENT! Friendly and professional drivers. However, as a single woman traveling alone, the manager decided that since they didn't have the King room I had reserved, I ""didn't need two beds"" and put me in a tiny room designed for handicapped accessibility with a single queen bed. It was uncomfortable and awkward. But, when I complained, the front desk clerk made a room change very pleasantly. Made for a longer night of check in but in the end a really good stay. I'd go back. more

Location was not far from Forest Park Blue line station which takes you straight to downtown Chicago. Hotel shuttle runs 24 hrs - very accommodating! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. I would stay here again! Price was impossible to match. We only traveled downtown and didn't venture elsewhere - but it's close to several interstates. more

I was very satisfied with the cost, location and comfort of our room. The front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I found the room to be well maintained however the elevator was being serviced the 3 days we were there (and rightfully so). It would have been a major inconvenience if we were not only on the 2nd floor.\r While the location was convenient to i290 - the current construction into and out of the city via that route was very time consuming due to traffic. All in all a pleasant quiet experience for the price and location. more

Hotel breakfast buffet was good value. Courtesy bus from the airport was a bonus and the courtesy bus can also be used to go to the shopping mall nearby. The staff at reception were excellent and could not do enough when we wanted to hire a car or get a bus to the airport or mall. more
