Efficiency on Display 5/15/2016

Very smooth start to finish. Informed me of what needed to be done and did the job, about 4 hours from tow in to drive out. I would suggest you some how engage the tow service directly for your stranded customer when they call in as opposed to just giving them a phone number. more

Excellent Honest Service 5/14/2016

We were driving to Branson on vacation when we experienced some serious engine issues. I called BAT boys at 6:30pm and they got my car in at 9am the next morning. The head had to be rebuilt unfortunately. Buzz is super friendly and honest. He took the time to show me what was wrong and even showed me the compression test. When I traveled back home he kept in contact with me on the status and sent me pics of various issues. They are very fair on price and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Really great place and great people. more

Great experience 5/14/2016

They were pleasant on the phone to schedule our appointment for an air conditioner that wasn't working. They scheduled us quickly. Two hours later they called and explained the problem and the cost to repair it. They had it done quickly and the next morning we picked it up and the mechanic insisted on bringing us to the back and carefully explained what he did and why. He was a nice guy. more

This is the second time I have been to BAT Boys for car repairs. They are friendly, fix it right and their pricing is fair. I would absolutely recommend the BAT boys. more

Jeep 5/6/2016

I called about about a problem with a door handle, scheduled an appointment and took it in. They completed the work promptly, I was called and I picked up the jeep the same day. The price was fair and accurate. They are wonderful folks to count on. more

Boy are Miss Ann and I happy with Bat Boy's...... 5/5/2016

Not much to say. Bat Boy's are the only one's we trust. Not that other shops don't do Good Work, but we know We will NEVER be Cheated. Buzz & Shirley are the most fair people we know and trust them with everything we drive. They let you know the cost's before they start too.......Texas Dar & Miss Ann Mary more

Quick and Thorough Service 5/2/2016

My wife and I recently traveled to Branson on vacation. We had some issues arise on our truck and had to find a shop the day we were schedule to leave Branson. These guys got us in and fixed in a few hours. Service was quick and they explained each step they took to get us in the road. more

Great bunch of guys and great prices but.... 4/28/2016

We've been taking our families four vehicles to B.A.T. Boys for several years now. We will keep going back because of the friendly service and affordable prices. Even so, the last three times we've taken vehicles in, something was overlooked that we specifically asked them to look at. To be fair, once this was pointed out B.A.T. boys took care of it. It just meant that we had to make a separate appointment for our vehicle or we had to wait while they did what was previously asked. Sandra Gage more

family feeling 3/19/2016

I went in for a simple inspection, but felt right at home for a first time visit. I was treated kindly, a nice little fur baby helped entertain me for the short while I was there. I needed a little connector hose for my windshield washer fluid, which I knew about even had the part in my car to replace it, but they fixed that for me free of charge. Will use these guys in the future if I have the need. more
