Is a failure to communicate... FIRST week my truck was there ( I was told it would be done Friday) I called on THURSDAY, and NOTHING had been done, no parts found, no call...etc. Finally done a week later. Told I needed a new wheelbearing at a cost of $410 and change. Bought the part for $178 and had installed for $40 ??? more

Ive always disliked taking my vehicle to a mechanic because I feel they take advantage of women. My experience with B. A. T. Boys was awesome. They take time and show you what your vehicle needs and don't try and have you spend money if not needed. They try and save you money which is extremely rare these days as you know. I just relocated here from West Tennessee, and my truck was acting up. After a thorough Google search I came up with B.A.T Boys. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my truck, which I needed the AC fixed, a state inspection, and the problem figured out. They found the problem, but later found out that not only was the sensor bad, but the connector also. I requested additional preventative maintenance to be done, as they had to order the connector from Chrysler. The staff is very courteous to the customer's needs. They fixed several projects at my request over a few days. The work I had done cost close to $900, which was extremely affordable. Back in West Tennessee the work that B.A.T Boys performed would had cost me well close to $1800. I will definitely use them as my full service location for my family's vehicles. They go out of their way to meet your needs, as well as educate you on the problems they encountered with your vehicle, and their advice. I planned on dropping money into my truck anyway, but they were very courteous to make sure that I definitely wanted the "extra work," that I had requested for preventative measures before doing the job. This was by far the best automotive experience that I have encountered. They even gave me a rewards card good for future business, which is great as they definitely made me a fan! more

I needed brakes, and tire rotation. They are very friendly and take the time to explain what they are doing and why!! I feel like my safety is very important to them. It's never a good thing when your car breaks down on a family vacation because you have no idea where to go. Fortunately we had our computer and started looking at the reviews of the shop in Branson. Wow! Most of the reviews were nightmare stories of being ripped off. Only one shop (B.A.T. Boys) showed a pattern of honesty and integrity, but You never really know till you get there, right? Well the reviews were correct. The owner, Buzz McQueen, proved to be extremely trustworthy and didn't take advantage of us, when so many would have. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I thought I would be needing brakes and window parts (dealer had said so) went to B.A.T and they told me no the dealer just needed to replace their faulty part. How great to deal with honest people that are not trying to get the most money from you. Thanks you have my business from now on. more
