Worst

I had a problem with my transmission. There was a hole in my transmission, it was on fire. I called B & R Starter and told them my problem, they said I could bring the van to them...

Fast oil change 5/31/2011

I took my car to get an oil change to this shop, and was really pleased with how quick they were done and the fact that they did not try to push for any add ons after I said that I was only there for the oil change. more

You don't find this often. 5/27/2011

My car died suddenly for no apparent reason while I was driving down the road beside my house. Triple AAA took me to B&R because it was the closest location. It turned out that it was a recall and had to be taken to my dealership - no charge. You don't find that often. more

New Battery 5/23/2011

I loaned my car to a friend who is not used to turning off their head lights manually (b/c they have a new car which apparently turns off and on automatically)...point being they left car lights on ALL night. I shopped around for a new battery, and came across this shop. The price was right and I haven't had any problems with my car. I would recommend their shop. more

Won't go anywhere else ever after moving 10 miles away.... 11/11/2010

These guys have been working on all my cars for 6-8 years now and ALWAYS do a good job and ALWAYS give me the best prices around. They also work fast and will always try to fit you in if you really need the work done. My wife has never been sexually harassed there and got a 9.1 rating on "hotornot.com" (ha ha) so I don't know what to say about that review next to me..... more

MAJOR Sexual Harrasment 9/30/2010

My wife brought to my attention that every time she called to make an appointment she was being sexually harassed by the owner and his workers. Also, every time she came in she was harassed to the point of tears. She said it got worse and worse every time. I would not recommend these perverted sex offenders to anyone.? more

great service 8/1/2008

Just went down to get my tire looked at as I had a slight flat. They were able to diagnose two different areas that needed to be patched 1. where someone else patched it that I was not aware of and it wasn't done well 2. another little hole. They patched it and I paid in about 15 minutes if that. They are very convenient to South Hills Junction T if you are looking for something close to transportation. Great for me working in town. They were very friendly and its mostly family run. I was very happy with their service and will be going there from now on for all of my oil changes. Great to have done while I'm at work! more
