Worst

I had a problem with my transmission. There was a hole in my transmission, it was on fire. I called B & R Starter and told them my problem, they said I could bring the van to them...

Very happy customer 10/12/2011

I know nothing about cars but I knew I needed to take mine somewhere because of the noises it was making. I checked out a few places and saw the great reviews of this shop so I went ahead with them. They figured it out so fast, and had the price of the repair to me. My car is great now. Thank you! Great prices too, by the way. more

I had the pleasure of dealing with the service department at B & R Starter in Pittsburgh. They were professional, knowledgeable and honest. It was a refreshing change from the many poor dishonest mechanics I've encountered over the years. B & R will definitely be seeing more of us in the future because of how we were treated. Honest service and great prices 10/10/2011

The staff at B&B Starter knew how to do their job so well. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg or try to impress me by "showing off" what they could do. They were honest and straight forward the whole time and I never had a single issue with them. My car was ready at the time they told me it would be and that was very impressive. They have made a permanent customer out of me. Definitely recommend. more

Fantastic Auto Repair Shop 10/4/2011

B & R Starter is a fantastic auto repair shop. They helped me diagnose the problem on my car and were able to fix it the same day for a reasonable price. The service was fast and reliable and all the people were very helpful. more

Fast and efficient service 9/13/2011

Finally someone who knows Jeeps! My Jeep had some electrical issues. I took it to 1 other shop and they could not find the problem. The lead tech at B & R Starter found the problem and had it repaired before the end of the same day! (It helps that the technician's family owns 4 of them.) The service manager was very polite and informative. I have nothing but great appreciation for their efforts and honesty! It was a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely go back. more

B & R Starter installed a dvd player in my car. They did an absolutely wonderful job and were finished exactly when they said they would be. I am gong back soon to have them install and new audio system, I am sure they'll do great! more

Car Stereo 8/4/2011

My husband and I got my son a used car for his birthday and we said that he could do anything that he wanted to it to make it more like him, within reason of course, as long as he paid for it. He decided to get get a stereo and video system. He needed to have someone install it so I told him to go to B & R Starter because I have gone there for work on my own car. He loved what they did for him. He is thinking about getting more work done and will be going back to them. Thank you for helping him. more
